SPOKE WITH MANAGER, STATED THAT SEVERAL ATTEMPS TO ENTER UNIT HAVE BEEN DENIED BY TENANT.TENANT WAS GIVEN 48 HR. NOTICE ON 4/7/03 AND MANAGER STATED ANOTHER NOTICE HAD BEEN GIVEN & SIGNED BY TENANT AT AN EARLYER DATE, MANAGER WILL FAX COPY AND SHOWED ME COPIES OF ESTIMATE FOR GAS PIPING & HEATER REPAIRS FROM BERT'S ELECTRIC & PLUMBING CO. TENANT HAS ALSO BEEN GIVEN 5 DAY NOTICE FOR LACK OF RENTAL PAYMENT. NEW OWNER IS SCHUEDLED TO ENTER UNIT ON 04/10/03 & WILL NOTIFY ME WHEN READY. DO 7 DAY FOLLOW UP.
