CARPET BUT DID NOT DO ANY FOR THE LEAK, WHEN RESIDENT SHOWERS THE CARPET GETS WET AGAIN, ALL SO FOUND THAT THE CONVIENCE OUTLETS THROUGH OUT THE UNIT ARE WORN AND WILL NOT HOLD PLUGS, THESE WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE ONES IN THE KITCHEN AND BATH THESE WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH GFCI'S, TALKED WITH MGMT. AND WILL GET RIGHT ON THESE ISSUES, I EXPLAINED ABOUT THE REPLACEMENT OF GFCI IN KITCHEN AND BATH. N.O. TO FOLLOW 30 DAY F/U
