1. Two additional curb cuts, pipe, drainage grate structure have all been placed at the southeast side of Pad 4. These are not on the grading plan or the associated building permit (T05CM03886 8110 S. Houghton Rd.) for this pad.
2. Note #12 between Pad 5 and Pad 6 no vertical curb was placed
3. Note #3 loading space not built (Have the changes to this area been addressed through Development Services and reviewed?)
4. Notes # 4 and #11 have not been completed. Place bicycle parking as called out in plan.

Sheet 5:
1. Clean up and stabilize Pad 2
2. Reflect changes for items not built or installed per plan for as-builting/phasing in order to close out this grading permit.

1) Complete drainage swell construction along the West perimeter property line. Complete rock-rip-rap installation within the outflow.
2) Provide roof drain erosion protection at the NE corner of the building. Convey roof drain run-off to the N. and into retention/detention basin.
3) Observed ponding within catch basin at the outlet located on the West end of the channel. Grade retention/detention basin to allow positive drainage of catch basin.
4) Backfill dirt along curb at the NE entrance and provide compaction to prevent erosion on the S side of the very NE entrance.
5) Level all dirt within islands on Houghton and remove all construction debris.
6) Provide erosion protection along the second entrance from the NE into Fry's shopping center.
7) Clean up and remove all large construction rocks, concrete, rebar, survey stakes etc.
8) Level decorative rock and add additional decorative rock along the fence line of the retention/detention basin.
9) Back fill screen wall along Houghton Rd.
10) Replace all fallen down signs along Houghton Rd. and Rita Rd.
11) Complete installation of 6" reveal curb for lots 2 and 3.
12) Provide all pedestrian striping within Fry's parking lot as shown on plans.
13) Sediment observed to be eroding from lot 2, provide SWPPP controls.
14) Repair or replace SWPPP controls along the Southern perimeter adjacent to the wash.
15) Back-fill dirt along sidewalk on Rita just West of Rita Entrance to prevent trip hazard.
06/17/2005 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met with contractor on-site to approve site for temporary C of O. Contractor has completed all items that Jason had requested. All access drives are complete and opperational, the drive isle around the building is open and free of construction debris. the fence around drainage basin is complete.
