THE SOUTH SLOPE OF THE SUBDIVISION IS OK. NO SIGNIFICANT EROSION IS PRESENT AT THIS TIME.
06/02/2005 GRADING - FINAL Denied Elizabeth E and I looked at detention basin and outfall pipe along Silverbell, the basin needs to be graded to drain and the outfall pipe needs to be cleaned, also TDOT must approve the addition of a CB to drain water from the ROW.
