I met wit Ric Hic superintendent for the project and informed him of the needed maintenance. A punch list is provided below: 1. Repair or replace all silt fencing along the NW, NE, SE and East sides of the project. 2. Baracade non-stabilized entrance located on the NW end of the site. 3. Stabilze N. entrance as soon as possible. 4. Designate a concrete wash-out area. 5. Clean and remove all sediment in the street along the North side of the site and also the West end leading into the Park Mall parking lot. 6. Have stock piles watered down for dust control. * Request for reinspection as soon as possible to verify corrective measures have been taken. |

I advised him of the fact that this site has not been kept up with its SWPPP controls. He did address this with Ric Hic who is in charge of the site. It has had an improvement since the last inspection and will be re-inspected as progress developes. |
