04/18/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Concrete truck driver washout on lots across the street for the site wash out area. Area is posted with signage. Driver works for CPC concrete, will send NOV to CPC.
04/16/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Site not in complaince. Spoke to Ruben on site. Wash out not cleaned up from last inspection. I asked Ruben how much time is needed to get site in complaince. Ruben said he needed until Friday 4/18/08. I explained to Ruben that if site is not cleaned up I will issue a stop work order.
02/04/2008 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1- Clean all wash out around site.
2- Provide wash out area for all sub-contractors. Per SWPPP.
3- Contractor still needs to pull soil material off fence line west side of project.
Spoke to site super in regards to issues.
12/20/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to pull all siol material off fence line. (west and northeast corner) Install slope bank per D.S. 11-01.9.3. Chain link fence not made for soil retaining.
12/10/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor installing controls.
12/07/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Issued Notice Of Violation. Contractor violated the Stormwater Ordinance #10209, sec 26-40, #5, #8, #6 and #3. Contractor has removed all SWPPP controls. Contractor needs to install SWPPP controls per approved plan. After controls are installed they need to be maintained. Contractor needs to provide wash out for concrete, dry wall, stucco, painters and mason sub-contractors. Contractor has 3 days to address items. Hand Delivered Notice of Violation to Ruben Encinas, project manager. If items are not addressed may issue Citation.
07/24/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to make repairs to SWPPP controls around perimeter of project. Silt ran out into street. Spoke to Tang with Innova.
07/12/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to make repair to SWPPP controls, install construction entrance on northeast corner.
