ANGIE MANAGER WAS OUT, I TALKED WITH BETH AND BETH EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS GOING ON, THERE ARE 4 BOILERS ON PROPERTY 2 FOR ONE SIDE AND 2 FOR THE OTHER SIDE, 1 OF THE BOILERS WENT OUT, WHICE LEFT ONLY ONE BOILER TO SUPPLY HOT WATER FOR THE ONE SIDE, HAD MAINTENANCE WORK ON BOILER AND DID NOT FIX IT SO THEY CALLED McCOOK BOILER OUT TO WORK ON IT THEY WILL BE REPLACING IT, TALKED WITH TOM FROM McCOOK AND HE STATED THAT IN THE MEAN TIME THEY INSTALLED A 200 GALLON HOLDING TANK TO HELP WITH THE DEMAND WHEN IT IS HIGH, THIS SHOULD BE ABLE TO SUPPLY ENOUGH HOT WATER FOR ALL RESIDENTS, McCOOK HAS BOILER ON ORDER AND SHOULD BE IN NEXT WEEK AND INSTALLED NEXT WEEK THIS IS WHY THE HOLDING TANK WAS INSTALLED. |
