AT SITE I FOUND UNIT W/O GAS SERVICE, AT THIS TIME I CALLED SWG TO SEE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A TURN ON AT THIS ADDRESS, SWG ADVISED THAT THE UNIT WILL NEED A RE-CONNECT PERMIT DUE TOO THERE BEING NO GAS AT UNIT FOR TWO YEARS, I DID A MIN.HOUING INSPECTION ON THE UNIT AND FOUND A MINOR LEAK AT THE FLUE ON THE H.W.HEATER, WAS SEALED AT SITE, , NOV WAS GIVEN AT SITE FOR THE RE-CONNECT PERMIT WITH-IN 48 HRS, AND THE TENANT TO RESTORE GAS TO UNIT W/I 72 HRS.---AT THIS TIME TENANT IS LIVING IN UNIT D-7 UNTIL GAS SERVICE IS RESTORED. |
