AT SITE I FOUND THAT UNIT WAS SET ON FIRE OR HAS MAJOR FIRE DAMAGE TO REAR AND CENTER OF UNIT.THIS UNIT WAS A OLD VACANT CASE AND WAS SECURED AT THAT TIME, THE WOOD FOR THE REAR DOOR IS ON THE GROUND , DOOR IS OPEN, ALSO ONE SMALL WINDOW ON THE EAST SIDE IS BROKEN OUT, THE UNIT HAS NO ELECT.POWER AT SITE AND THE METER IS STABLE AND SECURED VERY WELL.
