CONVERSATION WITH TENANT( CHRISTOPHER PHILLIPS RUYLE) REVEALED THAT HE IN PROCESS OF MOVING IN TWO WEEKS AND LOOKING FOR A JOB. DEEBCO PROP MGMT 222-6760 AND MGR RESIDES IN UNIT #11 BUT WAS NOT AT HOME. ACTION TAKEN: DNR DEEMED UNIT UNFIT TO OCCUPY, ISSUED N & O TO OCCUPANT AND INSTRUCTED NOT TO OCCUPY UNTIL UTILITY RE CONNECTED. CASE IN COMPLIANCE, TPD TO MONITOR UNIT IF RE OCCUPIED ILLEGALLY. |
