TENANT DOSE NOT PAY FOR WATER & HOT WATER SUPPLYED BY MAIN BOLIER SYSTEM.TENANT STATED HE TOLD MANAGER ABOUT 3 MOUNTHS AGO. I ASKED IF HE HAD SUBMITTED WORK REQUEST, HE REPLIED NO & THAT HE HAD ALREADY TOLD THEM. I EXPLAINED THAT IF HE GOSE TO OFFICE & SUBMITS WORK ORDER TODAY, REPAIRS COULD BE DONE MONDAY ,10-28-02. MANAGEMENT HAS 30 DAYS TO DO REPAIRS. ON EARLYER PHONE CONVERSATION TENANT WANTS PAPER WORK TO BREAK LEASE. COMPLAINT IS INVALID. HAVE WORKED WITH COMPLEX MANGEMENT ON 3 OTHER COMPLAINTS, ALL HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED PROMPLY. CLOSE CASE. INVALID COMPLAINT.
