NO MOVE IN INSPECTION HAD BEEN DONE, TENANT TOOK AS IS AND MANAGER HAD AGREED TO ADDRESS EXISTING PROBLEMS. WILL ISSUE N OF O OF A.D.B. 24 HRS. WILL BE GIVEN FOR ABATEMENT OF SMOKE ALARMS,CLOGGED TUB & FRONT DOOR. 30 DAYS FOR ALL OTHER VIOLATION, CONTACTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND INFORMED THEM OF VIOLATION & TIME FRAME FOR ABATEMENT, REPLIED ALL WOULD BE DONE AS REQUESTED. TOOK PICTURES. N OF O HAND DELIVERED TO MANAGER.
