AND DID NOT HAVE AND HEAT LAST WINTER EXCEPT USING HIS STOVE FOR HEAT, THIS METHOD OF HEATING IS ILLEGAL DUE TO THE FACT OF CARBON MONOXIDE FROM GAS, 4/25/02, LICENSED HEATING AND COOLING TECH. CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT A/C-HEAT PUMP, WAS STATED THAT UNIT SHOULD BE REPLACED DUE TO THE FACT THAT UNIT IS TO OLD TO FIND PARTS, JEFF THE TECH. WILL INFORM LANDLORD, I TALKED WITH MANAGER MICKEY GALLEGOS, HE STATED THAT OWNER DOES NOT WANT TO REPLACE A/C-HEAT PUMP WHILE RESIDENT IS THERE, STATES THAT RESIDENT WAS THE ONE WHO BROKE IT, AND THAT THEY WAS EVICTING HIM BUT THEY COLLECT HIS RENT MONEY EVERY MONTH, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON 6 MONTHS PER MICKEY GALLEGOS, WILL ISSUE N.O.V. 30 DAY FOR HEATING AND COOLING.
