WENT TO ADDRESS ON COMPLAINT FORM, WRONG ADDRESS WAS ON FORM.CORRECT ADDRESS IS 2150 N 4TH AV. CALLED TENANT TO INFORM THAT WRONG ADDRESS WAS WRITTEN ON FORM AND THAT I WOULD ARRIVE SHORTLY. ARRIVED AT SITE, SPOKE WITH TENANT & WALKED UNIT -CHECK SMOKE ALARM,IT'S WORKING.ASKED ABOUT PROMBLEM, TENANT LEAD ME TO BATH ROOM & POINTED OUT 2 HOLES IN WALL WHERE SHE THINKS BUGS HAVE EATEN THUR. (1) HOLE LOOKS LIKE KNIFE WAS STUCK IN WALL OTHER LOOKS LIKE PAINT BUBLE WAS POPPED & PICK AT. SHE THEN POINTED TO TOILET & PULLED UP THOW RUG AND SAID THE BACKING HAD BEEN EATEN AWAY BY MOLD & THAT AROUND THE BASE OF TOILET WAS BLACK MOULD. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT HOLES LOOKED LIKE A KNIFE WAS USED & SOMEONE WAS POKING AT PAINT BUBBLE AND TOILET BASE NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. TENANT PROCEED TO HALLWAY & SHOWED A 3" SPOT WHERE CARPET HAD UNRAVELED & SAID THAT WAS CAUSED BY MOULD, THEN PROCEED TO NORTHWEST CORNER OF LIVING ROOM WALL & POINTED OUT BLACK STAIN & SAID BUGS WERE COMING FROM THERE ALSO. (WALLS NEED TO BE CLEANED). SHOWED ME PLASTIC BAGS WITH DIFFERENT ITEMS SUCH AS FRENCH FRIES WITH GREEN MOLD, OTHER BAG WITH BANANA PEEL & FOOD STUBS THAT WERE DECAYING & SOME OF TENANTS SCABS THAT WERE PULLED OFF HER ARMS CONTAINING THE BUGS. NO BUGS SEEN, EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THER WAS NOTHING THAT OUR CODE ENFORCEMENT WOULD COVER, TENANT THEN POINTED OUT WATER STANDING OUT BY DOOR & SAID WATER WAS LAEKING ALL THE TIME. WATER LEAKING COMES FROM CONDENSATE LINE FOR A.C. UNIT. EXPLAINED TO TENANT AGAIN THERE WAS NO ISSUES HERE THAT WOULD BE COVED BY OUR CODE'S. TENANT GOT UPSET & REQUESTED THAT I LEAVE & SHUT THE DOOR. I WENT OVER TO MANAGER & SPOKE WITH HER. OWNER WILL REQUIRE A NOTE FROM TENANTS DOCTOR AS TO SKIN PROBLEMS BEFORE THEY CAMIT TO ANY TYPE OF PROFESTIONAL HELP. ON SITE MANAGER HAD DONE INSPECTION & USED BLEACH ON AREAS THAT TENANT WAS CONCERNED ABOUT. (NOTE) DID ASK TENANT ABOUT WHAT HER DOCTOR SAID ABOUT SCABS, SHE AVIODED QUESTION & FINALY REPLIED SCAVIES WAS WHAT HE THOUGHT THEY WERE. INVALID COMPLAINT. CLOSE CASE.
