LATER IN THE THE TENANT CALLED INSPT AND STATED THAT THE PLUMBING COMP. WANTED THEIR MONEY FOR THE CLEAN-OUT, THE OWNER IS TRYING TO GET THE TENANT TO PAY PLUMBER......NOV OUT
