AFTER TALKING TO THEM IT CAME OUT THAT TENANT WANTED TO BREAK LEASE,EXPLAINED THAT ISSUES WERE NOT THAT SEVER TO WARRANT A SHUT DOWN OF UNIT,ALSO SPOKE WITH PROPERTY MANAGER.I WAS INFORMED THAT TENANTS ARE BEHIND IN THIR RENT AND THAT WORK ON ROOF IS TO START ON 8-23-02 & AFTER 2,000.00$ ROOF JOB IS DONE WORK ON INTERIOR IS TO START.WENT OVER OTHER ITEMS THAT WERE FOUND & THAT OWNER WOULD BE RECIVING A NOTICE&ORDER OF VIOLATIONS. TOOK PICTURES.DO 30 DAY FOLLOW UP. |
