8/1/02, VISITED SITE, TOOK PICTURES, UPON ARRIVALI COULD SEE EXTENSION CORD COMMING FROM HOUSE TO THE MOTOR HOME, ALSO COULD SEE WET STAIN ON GROUND FROM SEWER PIPE ON MOTOR HOME, A/C UNIT ON MOTOR HOME WAS RUNNING, KNOCKED ON DOOR OF MOTOR HOME AND A FELLOW NAMED JOHN HENDRICKSON ANSWERED, TALKED WITH JOHN AND EXPLAINED DUE TO ILLEGAL HOOK UPS HE HAD TO DISCONNECT, I DISCONNECTED EXTENSION CORD, HE STATED THAT HE WOULD NOT HOOK UP AGAIN, ALSO TALKED WITH JOHN ABOUT SEWER PROBLEM LEAKING ON TO DRIVE WAY AND HE SHOULD TAKE MOTOR HOME TO DUMP STATION TO EMPTY HOLDING TANKS TO PREVENT ANY MORE LEAKING HE STATED HE WOULD, ALL CORDS WERE PUT AWAY BEFORE I LEFT DO 15 DAY FOLLOW UP |
