BUT IT HAS BEEN TAKING A LONG TIME TO REPAIR, SIDE WALK HAS BEEN TORE UP FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. PEDESTRIAN BRIDGES AT WEST END OF BUILDING HAS BEEN BLOCKED OFF FOR MONTHS, PEDESTRIAN BRIDGES HAS DRAWINGS IN PLAN CHECK WAITING FOR APPROVAL, TALKED WITH ANOTHER RESIDENT IN 5254 STATES THAT HAS NEVER BEEN DAYS JUST HOURS AT A TIME, HAS WOKE UP NO WATER FOR SHOWER IN MORNINGS, NO COMMUNITIONS FROM MANAGEMENT, HAS BEEN TAKING A LONG TIME TO REPAIR, ANOTHER RESIDENT IN 5256 BASICALLY SAID THE SAME THING HOURS DURING THE DAY BUT EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS. TALKED WITH MANAGER VICKY, MAINTENANCE CREW STARTED REPAIRS BUT THE LINE WOULD BREAK AGAIN A FEW FEET DOWN THE LINE, THEN CALLED PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING TO REPLACE THE WHOLE LINE, TALKED WITH OWNER OF PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING (TONY) TONY STATED THAT DUE TO GAS LINES AND OTHERS THEY HAVE TO DIG UP WATER LINE BY HAND AND FIND CONNECTIONS THEN REPLACE LINE, AND COVER TRENCHES UP, TONY SAID IT WILL BE APPOX. 2 WEEKS TO COMPLETE JOB, WILL SEND N.O.V. FOR 14 DAYS |
