SPOKE WITH OWNER,HE WAS NOT AWARE OF PROBLEM & THAT HE WAS STILL RESPONCEABLE FOR PROVIDEING WATER TO UNITS.OWNER REPLYED HE WOULD GO TO WATER COMPANY & TRY TO WORK SOMETHING OUT & WOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH ME WITH IN 24 HRS.NOTICE & ORDER WAS ISSUED TO OWNER & 24 HRS. WERE GIVEN TO ABATEMENT OF WATER SUPPLY. DO FOLLOW IN 24 HRS.
