HOUSING ISSUES THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED, OWNERS SHOWED UP ON SITE, WENT OVER ALL DEFICIENCIES WITH OWNER HE STATED HE WOULD CORRECT ALL DEFICIENCIES IN TIME SPECIFIED, N.O.V. WAS ISSUED AND SIGNED BY OWNER ON SITE, DOUBLED KEYED DEAD BOLTS ON SECURITY SCREEN DOOR, ALSO ON FRONT DOOR, FRONT DOOR BROKE AND WILL NOT SECURE, PRESSURE RELIFE VALVENEEDS TO BE EXTENDED, COOLER VENT COVER MISSING, ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT THROUGHOUT UNIT HAS OPEN GROUND, 3 PRONG OUTLETS INSTALLED, FRONT DOOR WEATHER STRIPPING MISSING, NO TRESHOLD INSTALLED AT FTRONT DOOR, BATH SINK LOOSE AND LEAKS AT FIXTURE, TIOLET FLUSHES SLOWLY, CERMIC TILE NEEDS TO BE RESEALED, NEED TRANSITIONAL STRIPS INSTALLED WHERE CARPET MEETS VYNIL, NEED TO RELOCATE WOODEN LADDER TO LOFT AWAY FROM HEATER. |
