ON JAN. 29TH/03 WE RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL THAT SOMEONE WAS LIVING IN THIS TRAILER WITHOUT SEPTIC OR UTILITIES AND THAT THEY WERE USING THE BATHROOM OUTSIDE. A FIVE DAY NOTICE WAS GIVEN TO OWNER TO SECURE. WILL CHECK BACK ON FEB3,2003 FOR COMPLIANCE.
08/16/2002 INITIAL CODE VIOLATION Compliance ON 8-5-02 DID SITE FOLLOW-UP PER N.O.V DATES, TRAILER PARK SHOWS GREAT IMPROVEMENTS IN ALL SPACES, ALL SEWER LEAKS AND ELECT. HAZARDS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR ABATED, LOT WAS INSPECTED BY PIMA COUNTY HEALTH DEPT. AND WAS CLEARED, PAPER ON FILE. ALSO HAD FIRST INSPECTION DONE ON MAIN ELECT. DUE TO OWNER PULLING PERMIT ( T02E101592 ) FIRST INSPECTION WAS DONE BY RICK HOILENGER AT SITE THE INSPECTOR DID NOT STATE THAT THERE WAS NOW ANY HAZARDS ( IN FILE ) INSPECTOR DID WANT OWNER TO CALL HIM TO REVIEW ANY REPAIRS NEEDED , IE -SECOND GROUND ROD- TRAILER PARK WAS DEEMED SAFE AT THIS TIME BY DSD AND PIMA HEALTH, VERY MINOR CLEAN-UP REMAINS AT SITE, UNIT # 3 HAS FLEX DRAIN TO SEWER, UNDER OUR CODES THIS IS ALLOWED FOR 6 MONTHS, AS REPORTED BY C-6 THE INSPECTOR II AT SITE, TENANT DOES HAVE LEASE AGREEMENT TO SHOW MOVE IN DATE, FLEX IS NOT LEAKING AND IS INSTALLED PROPER AT THIS TIME.
