I SPOKE WITH CAT RUDOLPH FROM PLANNING ABOUT ISSUES OF BUILDING AND WORK WITH-OUT PERMITS CONCERNING WALL DRIVEWAY AND SIDEWALK- WE AS DSD CAN NOT CONTROL SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS AT THIS TIME DUE TO OUR CODES AS FAR AS THE WALL IT IS ALLOWED TO BE 5' OR LESS WITHOUT A PERMIT, CAT DID SAY IS WAS STILL BEING BUILT AT THIS TIME. ALSO ADVISED CAT THAT SHE MAY BE ABLE TO CALL STREETS DEPT. IF THE SIDEWALK OR DRIVE ARE TO CLOSE TO THE ROAD. |
