STOPPED AT SITE AND MET SON TO GIVE PAPERWORK TO. SON STATED THAT OWNER WAS OUT OF TOWN. ASKED WHAT THIS WAS ABOUT AND ADVISED THAT FATHER HAD MISSED COURT AND IT WAS HIS DATE HE HAD PICKED ON CONTINUANCE. SAIDE HE WOULD GIVE PAPERWORK TO FATHER WHEN HE COMES IN BACK TO TOWN. WITNESS WAS RICK SALDATE AND NO PICTURE WAS TAKEN DUE TO GAVE PAPERWORK TO SON. NO WORK DONE ON REMOVING OR PERMIT PROCESS. NEXT COURT DATE 2/13/04.
