VISITED SITE:OWNER HAD CREW-STL. MFG. BUILD WROUGHT IRON FENCE WITH GATE 6'10" APPROX. 70 LF. ALSO HAS PATIO BLOCK WALL APPROX 260 L.F. ABOVE 6' AND 80' AT 8' WHICH IS INCLUDED IN 260' ON SOUTHSIDE OF PROPERTY. SPOKE WITH DWAYNE MORSE CONTRACTOR DOING WORK HE WILL GO DOWN TO DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND FILE FOR PERMITS AND SUBMIT PROPER PAPERWORK. GATE FOR POOL AREA ARE NOT SELF LATCHING. ACTION:SEND N & O. |
