AFTER CHECKING COOLER AND ROOF TOP FURNACE, THE FURNACE CAN NOT BE OPERABLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE DAMPER WOULD HAVE TO BE REMOVED FROM DUCT WORK AND IN DOING SO MOISTURE WOULD BE ALLOWED TO FORM ON HEAT EXCHANGE CHAMBER WHICH IN TURN WOULD CAUSE RUST AND DAMAGE TO HEAT EXCHANGER. TEP'S RECOMMENDATION OF MOVING T-STAT IS JUST THAT A RECOMMENDATION. THERE IS NOTING IN OUR CODES TO ENFORCE YOUR REQUEST OF MOVING THE LOCATION OF THE T-STAT OR USE OF THE FURNACE AT THIS TIME.
05/30/2002 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION Correction Required ALL VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN ABATED. NUMBERS 1-6 ONLY ONE UNIT #5 IS PENDING PERMIT FOR FURNACE. PROPERTY MANAGER IS WORKING ON PROBLEM WITH AZ MAINTENANCE CO.
