TENANT IS USING HOT PLATES FOR HEATING AND COOKING. TENANT VERY MAD ALSO COOKING OUTSIDE. USING ELECT. HEATERS. TENANT WOULD NOT LET ME INSIDE UNIT. (JUST KITCHEN). UNIT IS SHUT-DOWN. DUE TO HAZARDOUS USE OF IMPROPER ITEMS. POSTED AND NOTICE GIVEN TO TENANT AND MANAGER AT SITE. |
