1. Provide stabilization for graded areas at Lots 3 and 5.
2. Install concrete wheel stops at entrance to Lot 3.
3. Finish grading and compact loose soil backfill at the wall footer on the north side of the north perimeter wall. Match existing grade per Details H & K, Page C24d. (See General Grading and Paving Note 10 Page C24a).
4. Remove sediment and construction debris in the earthen drainage channel on the north side of the north perimeter wall (See General Grading and Paving Note 10 Page C24a).
5. Finish grading and stabilization of all perimeter areas.
6. Repair rock riprap inlets at curb openings to water harvesting areas on the north side of Centrepark Drive. (See Pertinent Rezoning Condition #19 Page C24a).
7. Address the erosion damage below the rock riprap inlet into the retention/ detention basin. This area was damaged during a recent minor rain event.
8. Provide 10 ' of depressed curb at the southeast side of the retention/detention basin (See detail 1 Page C24b), or address access for basin maintenance.
9. Correct low spot in asphalt between Islands "T" &"R".
10. Address the rainwater and irrigation runoff flows across the sidewalk west of the Garden Center (See C.O.T. Development Standard No. 2-08.0). Curb cuts to allow drainage are not shown on the Grading Plan. The area is already stained and has algae growth.
11. Repair damaged asphalt path west of Ramada.
12. Provide parking and driveway striping as indicated on the Horizontal Control Plan Page C32.
13.Remove concrete form & stake at Broadway entrance.
14. Address the broken curbing on both sides of driveway access to adjacent shopping center on the east.
15. Verify that stormwater runoff from the shopping center southeast of this site has not been adversely impacted by the modifications to the drainage system.
16. Provide information to Matt Flick at Development Services regarding the changes to the drainage openings in the north wall of the Garden Center, and the addition of a catch basin to the 78" SRP south of the building.
17. Repair (3) broken access ramps at north entrance from Centrepark Drive.
