1. Submit all plan modifications to the City of Tucson, Development Services Department, Engineering Division (Matt Flick) and Zoning Division ( Craig Gross), for review and approval.
2. Provide continuous pedestrian walkways, sidewalks,and handicap access ramps from Wetmore Rd to the parking area at the northeast corner of the site and the Stonybrook Apartments on the south.
3. Show modifications to the pedestrian walkway between the Hotel and the Future Restaurant as well as the reduction in parking spaces.
4. Provide a 6' curb opening and (3) type 2 scuppers at the west side of Basin B.
5. Provide a 9' weir at outlet to Basin B.
6. Verify that Basin B bottom is at elevation 18.50 through out the entire basin.
7. Provide a 5' curb opening and (3) 2' wall openings at 2' O.C., at the northeast side of the site.
8. Show (2) parking space reduction and site modifications at the northeast side of the site where the transformer has been placed.
9. Provide a handicap ramp for handicap parking spaces located at northwest side of building.
10. Provide (20) 8"X 32" wall openings at 64" O.C. through out the south property line.
11. Stabilize soil at south face of south perimeter wall to prevent erosion and sedimentation in Basin A
12. Verify south wall height of 5' per Detail 16 Page C3, or 6' foot per Keynote 34 Page C2.of Development Plan.
13. Stabilze areas below gate access to Stonybrook Apartments/ or raise wall height and gate height as applicable per note 12 above.
14. Provide (2) 12" SRP below gate in Basin A per Keynote 3 58 page C2.
15. Verify correct location of landscape island for alignment with pedestrian access on Development and Grading Plans.
16. Provide 24' PAAL at (2) locations to Parcel B (future restaurant).
17. Provide rock rip-rap over filter fabric at all basin slope inlets with less than 1:1 slopes. All 1:1 slope inlets shall have grouted rock rip-rap.
18. Address the ponding water in Basin A. This basin must drain down with 12-24 hours after a rain event.
