12/08/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor provided letter from Geo-Tech for slope cert. behind lots 156 to 167, per EE.
12/01/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor needs to provide letter from Geo Tech for slope on northwest side.
11/24/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met on site with builder went over punch list for project. Contractor wants to set up meeting with EE, for Monday 12/1/08.
10/27/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Punch List:
1- Address all erosion in all basins.
2- Provide letter from engineer in regards to D.M. chapter XIV, section 14.2(7). Regards to drainage and detention/retention basins.
3- Address all erosion under sidewalks next to all scuppers.
4- Install all rip rap per approved drawings.
5- Repair erosion at end of spillway north side of project.
6- Install grouted rip rap on all slopes steeper then 2 to 1.
7- Install tow downs for all basin inlets showing erosion.
8- Install access into all basins.
9- Complete basin #8 per approved drawings.
10- Clean trash out of all basins.
11- Install all rip rap to top of slope.
10/16/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met on site with Bryan and Wocky, contractor needs to provide last approved drawing for inspection.
