Matt,

Regarding the basin certification letter, it will need to be stamped by the engineer. You will find the requirement in 14.2.7 page 14.03. The link to the entire Standard Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management in Tucson, Arizona is:
http://tdotmaps.transview.org/mandr/Download/

I also showed the letter from Brian Andrews regarding the retaining wall threaded insert removal to Jim. At his direction, this letter about the removal and it's impact on the structural integrity needs to come from the design engineer and be stamped. I am not sure who that would be. It is noted on page 3 of the revised set of plans all retaining walls subject to review and approval under separate permit.

As we discussed, I am waiting for Laith to return to show him the revision to sheet 4, reflecting no handicapped parking and the change in the number of parking spaces. I have spoken to Heather Thrall in Zoning and she is unaware of any requirement for handicapped accessible parking spaces in a residential area. I also consulted the Department of Justice ADA Code and am unable to locate any reference to this situation as well.

I understand you have addressed the concerns regarding the drainage facility on the North side of the project to Dave Roberts. I will leave that for you two to work out.

The concrete debris and silt fence at the North end of the project, East of the drainage structure still needs to be addressed.
