Basin A (East End) weeds, debris, garbage. Need to address standing water issues and erosion repair.

Replace rock and filter fabric to match detail on berm.

Landscaping- trees need to be replaced on East End of East Basin.

Clean out scuppers and protect with sediment controls on both basins.

Concrete wash out needs to be established and used.

Place rock rip rap per plan along south edge of project in back yards (detail d sheet 2)

Sweep streets.

Remove all spoil/stockpiles not protected by sediment controls.

Remove silt, sediment, debris, garbage and vegetation from Common Area (basin) A. Repair erosion on East End of the basin.

Verify/ensure slopes meet grading plan along south side of street behind the curb and sidewalk. Some lots have a 2:1 slope. Per development standards this slope requires rock rip rap or a retaining wall.

AZPDES/NOI/SWPPP still not posted.

Protect weep holes in wall on Southwest side of project as shown on SWPPP.

I MENTIONED TO HIM THAT WHEN HE HAS THE SITE SWEPT THAT HE ALSO NEEDS TO MAINTAIN THE SEDIMENT RUN-OFF INTO THE STREETS TO STAY WITHIN COMPLIANCE OF HIS AZPDES GENERAL STORM WATER PERMIT. HE EXPLAINED THAT HE WOULD ADDRESS THE PROBLEM AND I TOLD HIM A RE-INSPECTION WOULD OCCUR ON FRIDAY THE 15HT.

HE ADVISED ME TO CONTACT RON CALDERON (247-3491) WHO IS ACTING SITE SUPERINTENDENT FOR THIS SITE. A MESSAGE WAS LEFT FOR MR. CALDERON TO CALL BACK.
