1. Construct weir opening for Basin #1, Per Contract detail 5 on page 5. Verify Elevation.
2. Remove hay bales from weir inlet. Basin #1.
3. Remove sand bags from around scour hole. Basin #1.
4. Remove weeds growing in bottom of Basin #1.
5. Grout Block on perimeter wall around Basin #1.
6. Repair block wall next to Basin #1 inlet. Wall Separation in corner.
7. Remove silt from Basin #1.
8. Grade basin #1 to stop ponding.
9. Fill-in area behind sidewalk next to Basin #1 inlet.
10. Clean trash out catch basin. Basin #1 inlet.
11. Clean silt out of scouring hole. Basin #1.
12. Fill-in area behind sidewalk and in utility easement next to Basin #2 inlet.
13. Clean out catch basin inlet and pipe. Basin #2
14. Clean silt from scouring hole. Basin #2.
15. Clean slit from bottom of Basin #2.
16. Repair erosion on southeast corner of Basin #2.

Prior to issuance of the first C of O for a development or release of assurances for subdivision, an Arizona Registered Professional Civil Engineer must certify that the drainageways and detention/retention basins have been constructed in accordance with the approved plans.
