VISITED SITE AND BUILDING HAS NO UTILITIES AND WERE NEVER CONNECTED. WAS A 2-ROOM STRUCTURE WITH NO KITCHEN OR BATHROOM AREA. WERE USING BATHROOM OUTSIDE AND INTO BUCKETS. FOUND OWNER OF PROPERTY AND NOT AWARE OF PROBLEMS WE WERE ADDRESSING. OWNER ADVISED PEOPLE LIVING IN BUILDING THEY COULD NOT COME BACK. ADVISED THAT STRUCTURE GOING TO BE REMOVED. TENANT WAS ADVISED IF CAUGHT ON SITE WOULD BE ARRESTED AFTER DARK. CHECK IN 5 DAYS. |
