THE HOMEOWNERS BLOCK WALL WAS KNOCKED DOWN BY A CAR THAT LOST CONTROL RUNNING FROM TPD. THEY ARE REPAIRING THE WALL. IT DOES NOT REQUIRE A PERMIT SINCE IT IS 5' OR LESS IN HEIGHT. THE DECORATIVE IRON ON TOP IS OPEN, THEREFORE DOES NOT ADD TO THE HEIGHT AS FAR AS THE CODES FOR PERMITS. CLOSE CASE. |
