There is a portion of the southeast side of the site, between the front of the asphalt bike path and the ROW where ground treatment is needed. Per the landscape plan hydroseeding is called out for the area. 2. Clean up NUOS fencing on the southside of site (north of the NUOS/WASH Area). There is also an accumulation of trash surrounding the entire site, it is difficult to determine if the trash was accumulated during construction or is from the residents.
