According to the Final Plat Dated 2/18/2003 " The Homeowners association will accept responsibility for control, maintenance, and liability for the drainage-ways, and common areas within this subdivision". The Northeastern portion of Atterbury Wash appears not to be planted and/or maintained according to approved tentative plat Case # S01-031. Landscape must be in place and drainage-way maintained in appropriate condition before release will be granted. |
