RESPONDED TO TPD CALL RE OPEN STRUCTURE. UPON INSECTION A VACANT HOUSE WAS FOUND OPEN TO UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY. THE INTERIOR SHOWED SIGNS OF ILLEGAL HABITATION AND USE BY PERSONS UNKNOWN. CONVERSATION WITH THE TPD (LARRY LOPEZ - 791-5737) INDICATE THAT THE PROPERTY IS A NUISANCE TO THE PUBLIC & TPD IN THAT CONSTANT 911 RESPONSE, REMOVAL OF PERSONS & ARRESTS HAVE BEEN MADE. THE ON SITE INSPECTOR DID MANAGE TO LOCK THE DOORS BUT THERE WAS A BROKEN WINDOW ALLOWING ACCESS. A NOTICE SHALL BE SENT OUT TO THE OWNER. |
