SMALL TRAILER - COOLER RUSTED OUT AND DOES NOT HOLD WATER. COOLER FAN DOES WORK. STOVE HAS ONE WORKING BURNER AND PILOTS MAY BE DEFICIENT. HOT WATER HEATER IS DISCONNECTED AND SHOULD NOT BE USED. EXPOSED ELECTRIC WIRING INSIDE WEST ENTRY DOOR. DEFICIENT WIRING DISTRIBUTION CAUSING EXTENSION CORD USE. CIRCUIT WIRING IMPROPERLY INSTALLED AND NOT MOUNTED. SEVERAL ROOF LEAKS AND AND CEILING DAMAGE. NO HEAT. NO SMOKE DETECTORS. SEPTIC, LOCATED NORTHEAST OF THE TRAILER, NEEDS A NEW LID. AT PRESENT IT IS SPONGY ENOUGH TO FALL THROUGH. |
