ADDTL COMMS - 04-20-00 EMERG CALL TPD #0004200235 RE SUB-STD LIVING CONDITIONS. TPD ARRESTED A FEW OCCUPANTS BUT OTHERS WERE STILL LIVING INSIDE BUT WERE NOT PRESENT. INTERIOR WAS FOUND LACKING GAS, WATER, HEAT, HOT WTR, HAZ ELECT (TEP CUT POWER AT TPD REQUEST). DSD ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT OWNER (HILDA OLIVAS) AT 740-1792; WHO CURRENTLY LIVES WITH A RELATIVE, WITH NO ANSWER DUE TO THE ANSWERING MACHINE STATING THAT THE MACHINE WAS FULL. DSC THEN DEEMED THE STRUCTURE UNSAFE TO OCCUPY AND ORDERED THE STRUCTURE SECURED. N & O TO FOLLOW. |
