ADDTL COMMS - VACANT BUILDING WAS OPEN AT THE NORTHWEST DOOR. THE DOOR WAS LOCKED AND CLOSED. THE LOCK WAS TAPED OVER ON THE INSIDE WITH DUCT TAPE TO DETER FUTURE UNLOCKING AND ENTERING. A PIECE OF BLOCK WAS BROKEN OUT NEXT TO THE DOOR WHERE SOMEONE COULD REACH IN AND UNLOCK THE DOOR. THIS INSPECTION AND SECURING WAS DONE ON 3/3. |
