ADDTL COMMS - UNIT 107 HAS HAD A NEW ROOF PUT ON THE BUILDING AND ALL LEAKS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. RECEIVED A COMPLAINT FROM UNIT # 211 THAT THE ROOF IS LEAKING. SPOKE TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND SHE SAID THAT THE ROOF ON THAT UNIT IS DUE TO BE REPLACED THIS MONTH. |
