3-27-26: called point of contact at 1446 hours and left a voice mail advising that I was enroute to location with an eta of 25 minutes and that access to unit was required. Arrived at property at approximately 1520 hours and noted that unit #4 was locked with nobody on site. I waited for over 15 minutes and left at 1538 hours. Please reschedule at your convenience. |
