Please consider this letter the punch list of items to be addressed/ rectified prior to the acceptance of improvements in the public rights-of-way by the City of Tucson for maintenance and operation. Future inspections will require a Letter of Certification that the Engineer of Record has resolved all punch list items. In addition to the following items, Traffic Engineering may have additional punch list items pertaining to traffic signage and striping. 1. Grass has sprouted out of the joints in six curb access ramps making some ramps unusual. 2. There are two large gouges in the street at Dark Water & White Water Dr. 3. Sidewalk scupper adjacent to lot 145 has not been built to plan. |
