Once this letter has been received a Final Inspection can be completed for the following items noted during this Inspection today: 1) There are areas of erosion that have been noted from the past rains, these areas will need to be Inspected after they have been repaired. 2) At various locations throughout this northern section of the Channel Mirafi Filter Fabric is exposed and needs to be either repaired in place and rip rap material replaced. This may have been caused by the improper installation of the Mirafi Filter Fabric as recommended by the Manufacturer Recommendations/Cut Sheets that should have been provided by the Manufacturer with the material purchase. This will be items of Verifications that the Certification Letter needs to address. 3) Portions of the Safety Barrier has been damaged and will need to be repaired. if these damages have been caused by the on- going adjacent work, then the repair work can be attached to that Permit to be Inspected prior to their Final Approval of their work. |
