1) ENSURE THAT THE SITE GRADING PERMIT HAS BEEN COMPLETED AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS, PROVIDE A CERTIFICATION LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD, AND AS-BUILT DRAWINGS FOR PERMIT # T09BU00522, 3915 E. LEE STREET.
2) REPAIR ALL EROSION IN THE RETENTION/DETENTION BASINS ADJACENT TO BUILDING 1-3. IN THE "COMMON AREA B" ADJACENT TO LOT 3 THERE I APPEARS TO BE A MISSING 12"x12" CATCH BASIN THAT IS SHOWN ON PAGE 14 OF 28 OF THE DEVELOPMENT/TENTATIVE PLAT UTILITY PLAN, BLEED PIPE NOTE #3. ENSURE THAT THIS BASIN AND PIPE HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED PER THE APPROVED PLANS AND IS FUCTIONAL
3) PROVIDE THIS OFFICE WITH THE APPROVAL LETTER FROM PIMA COUNTY WASTE WATER FOR THE ONSITE SEWER LINES.
4) CALL IN APP INSPECTIONS FOR THE ASSURANCES, THIS WILL INCLUDE THE CITY OF PERMITS AND CODES, AND TRAFFIC INSPECTIONS.
SOME OF THE ASSURABLE ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED AT THIS TIME AND WILL BE TIED DIRECTLY TO THE LOTS THAT ARE ADJACENT TO THE ITEMS. AN INSPECTION WILL BE TIED TO EACH OF THE FOUR REMAINING ADDRESSES CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY. THIS INSPECTION WILL ENSURE THAT ALL OF THE ITEMS ARE COMPLETE PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE C OF O FOR A PARTICULAR SITE.
