This office has inspected Tucson Spectrum - Calle Santa Cruz and found the project completed and in substantial conformance.
The Private Improvement Agreement (PIA) requires the owner/developer to pay any applicable fees for onsite roadway surface treatment (at a minimum fog coat). An offsite roadway surface treatment may be required depending on field conditions. Please submit fog coat fees of $4015.20. The fees shall be paid to the City of Tucson, Department of Transportation (DOT).
The City of Tucson, Engineering Division will issue a Letter of Acceptance after receiving the applicable surface treatment fees.
Please contact Traffic Engineering for any outstanding obligations pertaining to traffic signage and striping. |
