05/01/2009 | ASSURANCE - DSD | Approved | I LOOKED OVER THE SITE AND IT APPEARS THAT THE PREVIOUS DAMAGE LINE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND THE LINE HAS BEEN BACKFILLED. THE SITE APPEARS TO MEET ALL OF THE PROVISIONS THAT HAVE BEEN LAID OUT BY THE APPROVED PLANS AT THIS TIME. THE GRADING PLAN FOR THIS SITE HAS BEEN APPROVED PREVIOUSLY ON 4/9/2009 BY JOHN BRUCKMEIER, SO WITH THIS INFORMATION I AM NOW ABLE TO CLOSE THIS PERMIT. | |
04/30/2009 | ASSURANCE - DSD | Partial Approval | THE SITE HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR THE FULL RELEASE AND HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE ONLY PARTIALLY READY AT THIS TIME. A MAIN WATERLINE IS CURRENTLY BROKEN WEST OF LOT #3 AND WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS SITE. BORDERLAND CONSTRUCTION WAS CALLED AT 623-0900 AND ADVISED OF THE LEAK. I MET ON SITE WITH MEMBERS OF BORDERLAND CONSTRUCTION, THEY SHUT OFF THE VALVE FOR THE IRRIGATION LINES THAT RUN FROM DREXEL TO THE RETENTION/DETENTION BASINS. AAA LANDSCAPING WAS CALLED BY BORDERLAND CONSTRUCTION AND WILL BE OUT LATER TODAY OR TOMORROW TO MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS TO THE IRRIGATION LINES. I CHECKED THE ELEVATIONS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AROUND THE RETENTION/DETENTION BASIN AND FIND THAT MOST OF THEM MEET OR EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED HEIGHTS AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED GRADING PLANS. |
