Supervisor, I confirmed Tucson Water normally will give a final acceptance letter on an approved Tucson Water plan. Since Ms. Sharon Ludwig already had service to her parcel she split into 5 separate parcels we provided additional services through our Tucson Water internal operations division. Attached are the receipts and work orders to show everything was paid for and all of the work was completed. I have added Jeff Drumm and Gabe Hernandez from our construction department to help with clarifying this type of installation.
