This office has inspected and found the Sierra Morado Unit 2, Phase III improvements complpeted and in substantial conformance. The Engineer-of-Record must submit the original "As Built" Mylars showing any revisions and/or changes to line and grade prior to acceptance by the City of Tucson for maintenance and operation.

Addditionally, the Private Improvement Agreement (PIA) requires the owner/ developer to pay any applicable fees for onsite roadway surface treatment (at a minimum fog coat). An offsite roadway surface treatment may be required depending on field conditions. Please submit fog coat fees of 22,501.85. The fees shall be paid to the City of Tucson, Department of Transportation (DOT).
A letter of acceptance from the Engineering Division will follow after the receipt of the Mylars and applicable surface treatment fees have beeen paid.
Please contact Traffic Engineering for any outstanding obligations pertaining to traffic signage and striping.
