PORTIONS OF THIS WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED BUT HAS NOT BEEN TOTALLY COMPLETED. 3) PER KEYNOTE #14 THERE IS TO BE A NEW INGRESS/EGRESS PROVIDED FOR LOT #3 OFF OF THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE LOT.
